Permacolor
offers dual coatings. Chemically modified Polyproplyene offers extreme
chemical resistance. Tuff Coat (3M) and Nfar (?) Rock (Dupont) offers
significant abrasion resistance.
Permacolor has the largest Fluidized bed dip tank for fusion bonded epoxy in Southern California. We can dip up to a C-110 36' Tee, Coat pipe and tanks 6' x35' I.D. + O.D.
Permacolor, Inc.’s coating process meets or exceeds American Water Works Association (AWWA) Standards C116/A21.16, C550-01, C213-01 as well as NACE and SSPC Standards as they relate to surface preparation, coating application and testing of applied coatings. All Internal Lining coating products applied for the Water Industry are NSF approved.
F.B.E. has been powdercoated
with polyester PC for Ultra Violet exposure. We apply chemically modified
polypropylene-cmpp. Has incredible resistance to chemical attack.
It is a resonable alternative to glass lining. We can apply it within 5 working days.
Agricultural
water manifold. Class 1 with polyester topcoat.
Water Tank Overflow for Chicago Bridge & Iron. This is 18" x
33' x 1/2" wall with a 6', 90 degree elbow and a 6' overflow.
Process piping for platform Gail in Santa Barbara channel. Permacolor
is an approved applicator for Texaco.
